Highly recommend, even for outdoor use
I’m a truck driver and bought these for the brackets on the back of the truck which secures my load locks. These locks are well designed (in my humble opinion); they’re out in the elements and I’ve yet to have any issues at all getting them to lock or unlock. They feel very well made; the shackle (I think it’s called) is pretty thick and they’ve got a little weight to them. They’re both keyed the same which is awesome (at least in my application) because I don’t need multiple keys on my keyring and saves me a little time and possible frustration. I can’t speak to how difficult they’d be to pick or anything like that, but in reality, any padlock is more of a deterrent than a prevention, in terms of theft. I’ve had no issues at all with them over the last few months of them being outside getting covered in debris, rained on, etc., so in my opinion these are fantastic padlocks and I would absolutely recommend them.

Solid and Easy to Lock
This lock is being used on a outside gate, it has been in the rain and snow several times, it continues to lock and unlock easily. The lock is sturdy, I would recommend this product.

Didn’t last 6 months
The media could not be loaded. I purchased a three pack. And the one that I use for my main gate just broke. And I do not normally lock it. I just slide it through the opening and let it hang there. But whenever I’m gone for most of the day or for a weekend, I will lock it. I went to lock the gate just a few moments ago and the lock just came apart as you can see in the video. Now I have to check the other two locks.
