Aerolatte Cappuccino Artist, for Latte Coffee Art, Set of 6 Decorative Stencils

As an engineer I always try to find easier way of doing things I love! I have being trying various coffee stencils to decorate my morning cappuccino but not happy with work and cleanup involve with the process. Then I found this elegant solution, automation at its best. Now my morning cup is a real Joy with maximum efficiency. I am looking forward to improvements to this device. It need wider clear base plate so it can rest on the cup while turning the base. Slightest movement will mess-up the design. Yes holding it steady while turning and how close you can get to creamy milk is the key to success and look closely at the their website video, so you turn the canister upside down away from the cup preventing initial powder splash on your milk. If your milk froth is not smooth half turn (halfway between clicks) produce better image.

I own this company’s other stencils which work perfectly. I saw this and thought it looked like a cool gadget and would take less time than the original stencils. This is a frustrating mess that if you try it 100 times you might get it to work twice. Don’t waste your money.

I just received item. The how to video had me hooked, looked easy, fast, and cool looking. Well, didn’t quite work out that way. I have tried several different times, fast clicks, close to froth, made a wish, none of which made the design sharp. Only way I was able to get a sharp pattern was my practice on a paper towel while laying it flat, course that’s doesn’t help me since I want that look on my froth. I will keep trying, and update feedback if it gets better, but for now I wish I would have passed.UPDATE: increased 1 star to 3. It takes some practice. They key is keeping the base steady…no movement, arm stiff. Then twist top steady till click. It is not easy. I even placed 2 popsicle sticks over latte so base is steady on top of those, then twist, and presto, it was at least not a blob of cinnamon and looked like the design.Good Luck, it def takes some practice, but I did get it too work somewhat after many practice attempts.

I was very excited about Cappuccino Artist. Upon receiving, I realized that all it does , it sprinkles a small mountain of cocoa powder in your cup. It's simple to use, and pretty much you can not do it wrong. I followed previous reviewer advise, held it close to the cup, twisted quickly... and nothing good came out of it. My advise, don't waste your money.

Easy to use great product

As a coffee lover and someone who enjoys latte art, I decided to purchase this product to add a touch of cocoa flavor to my coffee. Before ordering, I read the reviews, but I wanted to try it for myself.The first thing I noticed was that the product is made entirely of plastic and is very lightweight, which is a good feature. However, when I filled it with cocoa powder, I found that the designs were unclear no matter how many times I tried. I also noticed that the powder residue settles under the stencil, and as soon as I try to create a design, the residue falls onto the coffee foam and ruins the appearance.I even tried switching to a coarser type of cocoa powder, but it didn’t help. As a result, I requested a return for the product.

Cheap and simple to use with a variety of artworks cleverly stored in the body of the sprinkler. I use drinking chocolate powder and add a few whole rice grains to keep it dry and clog free. Very happy with it.
