I installed this item on my Harley Ultra Limited about a month after it arrived. It was used during Memorial Day and Fourth of July holidays. The mounting posts will not stay upright. I mounted them in both directions on my luggage rack as instructed (using the plastic film provided by the seller at first, then adding more tape). In each case, the flag poles fall over. One flag pole is worse than the other - however, both flag poles will stay in an upright position. Additionally, both flags wear out quickly. They look nice, but are not durable. Because I waited too long to install, I am past the return period. The product looks great but doesn't work for very long.

I bought two of these kits. One for my wife's HD Softail and one for my HD Ultra Limited. Her install went great. Two flags on luggage rack, sturdy, strong and looks great. The other kit for my Ultra was another story. Install initially went fine but when I went to tighten the screws both immediately stripped out the holes on the mount. The kits I bought had two flags each and both mounts did the same for my kit. I am guessing a bad batch of mounts maybe? Other than that those issues the kits are pretty nice for the price, I just wished mine was usable.

These are pretty crappy. Even with tape around the luggage rack they still move when fully tightened. The part that holds the flag in-twists (loosens up) and about falls off. Flags it came with are cheap. I’m sure they’d hold up in the weather but because of the rest of the stuff (mount, flag mast, etc) I never had it on long enough to see.

Pretty nice, stainless steel. Feels strong, came with plumbers tape and instructions for different setups. As well as some slips of rubber for keeping your chrome looking good.

The only issue with them is they are a little difficult to install, but look fantastic. Evan at highway speeds the brackets held securely to my rack.

Installed this parade flag set on my Harley and rode in a parade they were beautiful! My mistake was leaving them on the bike while I was riding home at highway speed. The highway speed caused me to lose one of my flags! Next time I will remove the flags after the parade before highway speed's.

this is a great item looks good on the bike flag is nice the fit is good the frist day I had them on my bike everyone wanted one

Love the flags but they have already started to fray 😕 maybe only use for parade speeds or slow driving.
