My IBS and Diverticulitis has seen great benefit in the course of a week. I am prescribed a laxative however having what a consultant informed, 'a lazy bowel.' I have intermittent constipation or loose stools. Years of intermittent pain, cramps, bloating have given me nothing but sheer misery. Over the past 7 months I've been prescribed antibiotics and have been feeling ill and drawn. The pain bringing me to my knees. So far, the results have seen me feel and be much better after just a few days. This improvement has been joyous for me as I have been so very ill. I’ve been taking probiotics for many years but recently heard about the added benefits of a symbiotic (pre and probiotics) so after lots of research I bought these. I have noticed quite a difference. Over the years, as an IBS sufferer, I have tried many pro biotics but none worked. This one does. Maybe it is the quality of its cultures or the fact it combines pro and pre biotics but my symptoms have disappeared. It is wonderful to be out and not wondering where the nearest loo is! Even better, I no longer feel bloated most of the time. It is expensive but it delivers.

I don't think there's anything wrong with this product and it will probably work well for some, but I just don't think it's right for me. I also suspect it has caused a little more upset in my gut than it has provided any benefit, but then this falls in line with my feeling on it not being the right one for me.

They take about a week before you notice the difference. They have changed my life for the better. I stopped taking them for a couple of weeks because I was struggling with money.
