This is for Scrum Masters
Edit 25th December 2022I am proven wrong. When Jim Highsmith says it is one of the top ten books then it must be a great book. The ideas in the book did not resonate with me initially for various reasons - probably I did not have the requisite background, I am not a recovering command-and-control person or any other reason that I am not aware of and hence my previous comments dated 6th February 2020.However, I found this to be a great "Go To" book when I encountered few Scrum Masters exhibiting command and control traits. I had almost "all" the answers for them in this book. I had them all listen to the audio book and discuss various scenarios. They found it useful. You may find it useful.Edit 6th February 2020I read this book as many Agile coaches have recommended this one. I had to read this nearly four to five times to better understand what it means. The author seems to have picked ideas from some other books and tried to write catchy punch lines here and there. In doing so, the author's writing never appeared original.Thirdly, I had to read other books like Fierce conversations by Susan Scott, Co-active coaching and Coaching for performance to better understand this.Lastly, the author has not touched on many areas required for a successful coach like Scaling challenges, how to align HR, how to modify budgeting, and so on.However, in the Agile world, this book has already become famous and many seem to follow it as a reference book. But I am still surprised about this trend four years after the purchase.

Quality and Originality
About Book - The book is very good to start your journey as Agile Coach. For book - 3 StarsAbout Seller - The page quality is poor and product doesn't looks like original. I tried registering the product on the site as mentioned in the book but couldn't register. Seems pirated copy selling on original price. For Seller - 1 Star
