easier than expected
I take an iron supplement a couple of times a week. If you've taken iron supplements before, you know sometimes they can be hard on the digestive system. These are...not so bad? Maybe a bit rough every now and then, but mostly I'm past the tummy pain in an hour which is great! I'm on my second bottle now

Be careful if you have a sensitive stomach. I would recommend ferrous gluconate as this can be a touch harsh on the system.

Bottle won't Open
