I am so impressed with this butcher block rolling island! It is completely solid wood-the butcher block top is one solid piece and it was a snap to put the rest of it together. The caster wheels are heavy rubber & metal. You can’t beat the the price - I’ve searched all over and was a bit skeptical when I saw this just over $300 but the quality is outstanding. And it arrived without a scratch! Highly recommend!

Step 1 - put everything together - all 39 parts (except for the wheels).Step 2 - put on the wheels - an additional 20 parts.Break it down a little, please! Add glue to the wooden pegs in the legs holding on the middle shelf maybe?More feedback later as I see how it holds up to use. It needs a serious coat of butcher block or walnut oil for certain to start.I like it - think it's going to do the job well and for a long long time. Just needs more detail in the instructions and maybe some really good wood glue and butcher block cutting board oil to make it great. I'll let you know in a future post.

This is a legit butcher block. It was easy to put tithed by myself but is so heavy I had trouble flipping it over. I’ve treated it several times with Boos and the finish has smoothed out nicely. I have a small kitchen and the 2x2 island met my needs perfectly! Amazing buy for the price.

My stars might not say this…but I love it. I didnt want to spend thousands on a butcher block island. I also needed my island to be 2x2 for my space. This is a small price to pay for a butcher block. I’m just upset by the couple cracks near the corner I need to correct. I have no problem with the scars that were filled in…it’s a butcher block. It’s made to be used as a cutting board. I wish that was true for the corner. It’s not worth it to send back and I hope you see from my above photo, it’s beautiful. Just know you may need to do some work and I hope the integrity of the piece will hold together for the future of my use with the cracked corner.

I have to say I was really impressed with the quality of this product. We painted the legs and shelf to match our kitchen, assembly was very easy with pre-cut holes. The butcher block was heavy duty and beautiful. It worked out great using the shelf to store my air fryer.

This is a very good product. The quality is excellent and the women in my house are very pleased. It is very solid and a good working height. We decided to oil the entire surface with a good quality butcher block oil. It is beautiful and the color is very warm and a good match for the Oak cabinets in the kitchen.I would give this product a AAA+++ rating. My table came without the assembly instructions. I contacted the company and they were very helpful and e-mailed a PDF file of the instructions. The table is easy to assemble. I could have done it without the instructions. There was only the placement of 4 stability brackets that I was wanting more information for. As I said, the people were most helpful. The table in imported by White Wood Furniture (I think). I found them on the Internet with a little searching.

Beautiful island, as pictured, of fine wood.I suggest using #10 screws to attach the wheel assemblies, instead of the larger diameter screws provided. The #10's fit tightly into the pre-drilled holes, whereas the screws provided are quite difficult to insert all the way.Don't tighten the bolts attaching the legs until you have attached the shelf, or you will have to loosen them to attach it.

Good materials, good workmanship, solid, heavy. I'd buy it again.
