Works as indicated
I use them to bake, poach or warm. Can fit 2 chick breast or salmon filets.I only wish different sizes are available. Sometimes I just need a smaller bag. I cut and save the extra parchment for something else.

Sure makes life easier
Sometimes these little things have a big impact. For me, it's a recipe for baking Thai-style fish in paper. Sooo much easier. Trick I picked up on YouTube: paint the flap with egg white. It acts as a glue and seals the bag better than just folding. (Apparently, this is commonly known.)

Easy to use
I had some delicious fish in parchment in a restaurant. I bought these bags to make fish at home. They are easier than using a parchment sheet.

They are perfect for meal prepping!
The media could not be loaded. I got this bags to make our meal prep ahead of time. They work great in the oven and air fryer. I even packed them in zip log bags and froze a few meals. Easy wary to have food ready in little time.

Excellent results. No fuss cooking.
Excellent results! We have been experimenting with our Coleman Camp Oven, looking for no fuss ways to prepare healthy meals at the camp site. The bag is large enough to fit the following meal for 2. Today we made 6 boneless chicken thighs, roasted red peppers and 1 small jar of marinated artichoke hearts, well drained. (Be sure to put the seam of the bag on top.)The chicken went in first and the peppers and artichoke hearts on top of the chicken. My husband wanted a potato so that went in sliced thick as well. Roll the open end of the bag closed. I put 1 staple after folding the bag closed to be sure the bag stayed sealed. I set the bag in a 9 x 9 cake pan. Baked in the Coleman oven for 30 minutes at 400. DELICIOUS!!! Moist and flavorful without that "steamed" effect I notice from foil packet cooking. 12 minute prep time and me relaxing in the lounger for 30 minutes. I will definitely use this style of cooking in our home kitchen as well.

Love love
I absolutely love these parchment bags. I steam vegetable in the oven with them, fish, hot dogs, chicken. You don’t need any oil because it keeps the food juicy. I just season the food, pop it in the bag and put it in the oven on an aluminum tray!
