Praxis returns policy.
I bought this item about a week ago and within a few days the stitching came away’ I promptly returned the item only to be accused of misuse of the item’ by The company Praxis I am a sixty year olddisabled person and feel very annoyed and frustrated with the attitude of this company. I will be purchasing anything again of Praxis.

Good quality
Ordered medium first as measurement of wrist was upper end of size, but on arrival too small. Returned and replaced with large size which is perfect.Very good custom services.Product far superior to the ones National Health Occupational Health provided.

Super support
Perfect glove. It really supported my CMC joint and stabilized at night while I was sleeping. The stitches at the thumb came off after a couple of weeks, but I just got a needle and thread and fixed it in 5 minutes.

Small fit
This would have been perfect if it fit. I checked measurements and according to what was written the size I bought should have fit. But it is far too small for me. I can’t even fasten it.

Small and poor quality
I was very surprised at the difference in quality between the left and right gloves. The right one is sturdy whilst the left is very thin with exposed seems. Quite disappointing. I wear medium gloves as supplied by our local hospital, these medium only just fit.
