Exceeded my eggspectations
A great box of tasty free range eggs. All arrived fresh and in good shape. Will do with any breakfast.However we use our eggs frequently in a versatile manner; One was cooked and went into a bacon and egg salad. Two were used in our weekly pancake evening. One was poached and served on top of a slice of bread with avocado and cheese - yum yum. One was cooked and the slices served as garnish on a spinach side dish. One was cooked and the slices ended up as topping in a delicious asparagus soup.

It perturbs me when I read the small print to find the 'hens' have been vaccinated against Salmonella , does this contravene it being 'organic' , & what effect does it have in the 'food-chain' ?

Good flavour.
Love that they have fresh looking yokes. Lovely rich taste. Makes my omelettes light and fluffy. Great also for Yorkshire puddings and pancakes.
