If you do your research before buying, you know it will not pull newer PIN codes. I knew this when purchasing.I bought it specifically to program extra keys on a 2007 Dodge Caliber and 2003 Dodge Ram 2500. All I had to do to get the PIN codes is take my license plate and registration and drivers license into my local Dodge dealer to prove ownership of the 2 vehicles and they gave me the PIN codes for free.After getting the codes, adding the new keys was a piece of cake, programmer is easy to use.Being able to buy after market keys off Amazon for 2 vehicles then programming them myself, the SBB Pro has paid for itself.

Very disappointed with this. I asked very specific questions as to whether this will program fobik remotes. The file they have you look at shows it will do up to 2017 vehicles. When I purchased this unit and tried it, you needed pin code. This unit will not retrieve them. They then sent a second file that clearly showed it wouldn't work. Not to return it, I have to pay return shipping. Not very happy at all.

Wouldn't work right out of box. Plugged into power source and upon boot up stated "CRITICAL ERROR". Messed up that something doesn't even get tested out of the factory!!! Garbage waist of time and money!!!!

False advertising! Do no buy. This will not program a key if you don't already have the original keys.

Piece of Junk waist of time and money

I was disappointed that this did not work. Gets one star because it did read the BCM code. It would not get the PIN, but with the BCM I was able to get the PIN using another tool. However, even with the PIN code, the SBB Pro 2 would not program a key. Since this is what I bought the tool for, it was a waste of time and money. So far I have not been able to find support or how to maybe add something to the software to allow this to work.

First unit would not connect to ECU. Returned, second unit did the same. Car would communicate with 2 different scan tools so ECU port was fine. Really wanted this thing to work but after 2 tries, won't waste any more time. If you buy one, be sure the return policy is good and won't cost you return shipping. Some people apparently get it to work so there must be some good ones out there. Feels like a quality tool.
