I had severe muscle pain in my hips after a vigorous work out that was preventing me from getting sleep for days. The pain was not that bad if I stayed standing up & walking around, but as soon as I laid down the pain was a 10 on a scale of 10. I think it was lactic acid build up. I tried everything under the sun to relieve the pain. Nettle & while willow bark were the only things I found that helped. I made a warm tea from the herbs in a tea diffuser (not too hot so as not to possibly destroy any beneficial factors). Life savers! I love Biokoma & the quality of their organic herbs.
