I purchased this HP computer specifically to get Windows 7 as I was fed up with Windows 10 infringement on my privacy by scanning my computer daily. The refurbished computer arrived in "like new" condition in excellent packaging & has met all my expectations. A slight issue of the computer not recognizing USB 3.0 devices I solved easily with a freeware program DriverEasy. My questions to SJ Computers LLC were answered promptly - one time even on a Sunday morning! I highly recommend this computer for home use even though support for Windows 7 will cease in Jan 2019. With Windows 7 you can control the frequency that MIcrosoft scans your system even down to zero. And you can always protect your online usage with programs like Malwarebytes, MacFee & System Mechanic. This was a great value purchase for me. My Windows 10 computer will now be used only as a backup with the internet connections shut off.
