They look great and are very bright
I just got these yesterday. I normally wait to write a review on something so I can have some real experience with a product before jumping to any conclusions. The reason I'm writing right away is because of all the reviews I read on this product that complain about the lights not being bright enough.I used these in these fog lights I purchased from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071WC3JKH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1The lights came with a halogen bulb that was more of a yellowish color compared to these leds. A hue that more closely aligned with my stock headlamps. I decided to leave the halogen in on one side and put an led in the other so I could compare them side by side. They were both pretty bright, but I have to say that the led was definitly brighter. Blindingly so. The led emits a very bright white light. From within my SUV, I couldn't really tell the difference between the lights and could definitely see a difference in overall lighting in general when I turned my fog lights on and off.I was worried about buying these because of the reviews that complained that they weren't bright enough. I took a chance and bought them, thinking I could return them if I didn't like them. Well, after standing on the street in the light from only my SUV, these lights were blindingly bright. They were whiter and brighter than my stock low beams. I am also going to be replacing my stock headlights to match and I have concerns about overpowering people who are driving in front of me.Here are my two cents:-If you are a real stickler for brightness and want something like a laser beam coming out of your car, this may not be for you. Although, it is pretty close in my opinion-If you want a bright light that is bordering on being annoying to people in front of you that looks great, then buy without fearI didn't rate sheerness because I wasn't really sure what they meant by that.

they work good and were easy to install
they work good and were easy to install. I think for people who say they arent bright its probably because you have up facing lights in your fog lights. The lights in my fog lights dont sit straight they point up and no amount of adjusting will fix it but thats not any fault of these lights. They arent very bright in fog light fixtures that are pointing up instead of straight but if you can get them to point straight the yare very bright.

Fog-Lights Look Great on Pontiac!
SEE PICTURES I am really impressed with the difference that these LED lights made to the appearance and the night-time drivability for my 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. My old lights looked pretty bad, and they were horrible at night. So I decided to spend about $70 for new headlights, fog lights, and turn signals, and that was one of the best $70 that I have ever spent! Check out my steps that I took for this project below, the pictures, and the links to the products from Amazon that I used. This is a review of the performance of the new headlights and fog lights replaced at the same time. Please give this review a like if it is helpful. I paid the full amount for these products and was not sponsored or paid in any way for creating this review.Picture #1 is of the Grand Am with the old halogen headlights, fog lights, and turn signalsPicture #2 is of the Grand Am with the new LED headlights and fog lights with new halogen turn signalsThe installation of the headlight, fog light, and turn signal bulbs was relatively easily taking about 90 minutes to complete. The steps were as follows:(DISCLAIMER: I am not responsible for the damage of anything on your vehicle if something does not go right):1. remove battery cable and attach separately2. remove the plastic clips (use wrench to remove center piece and then pop the other piece out) that hold the black plastic cover that is over the headlight area under the hood3. Remove the screws that hold on the plastic cover and remove plastic cover4. There are two metal clips one on each side of the light, pull both up. You may need to finagle them a little to get them to pop up. THEY DO NOT COME OUT just pop them up.5. The headlight should then slide out easily.6. either let is hang (be careful not to damage the wires, or the vehicle's paint), or remove the wires that hold the separate bulbs on7. Replace the appropriate bulbs in the headlight assembly8. IF REPLACING ONLY HEADLIGHT GO TO STEP #149. Next look below the headlight area and you should see the fog light assembly. There are two screws at the top of the plate that holds the fog light on that need to come out.10. Take out the previously mentioned two screws that hold in the fog light.11. Slide fog light assembly either out the top (it is tight, but it should fit), or out underneath the car if possible. Make sure that the wiring harness is disconnected.12. Replace the bulb in the fog light13. Re-insert the fog light assembly and fasten like it was previously with the two screws.14. Re-connect battery and turn on start vehicle to test the lights, if they work correctly proceed to step 15, if not seek a mechanic's help15. Slide the headlight assembly back where it is supposed to go. There are a few "sticks" that need to line up with a couple of holes.16. Pop the two metal tabs down lightly with a hammer, while applying some pressure to the light.17. Put your tools away correctly :)This was for a Pontiac Grand Am (1999-2005), and the steps will be different depending on what kind of car that you have, but these steps can be used as a reference. If this review was helpful, please click the appropriate button below, and also check out the links below for the different light bulbs used and the video that I watched before doing this project. Thanks, and I hope that your project is as successful as mine was! If long-term-reliability becomes a problem, I will update this review.RELATED LINKS:LED Fog light link: (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NJ903MY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)LED headlight link: (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N3KLQKK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)Turn signal halogen light bulb link: (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0087D9A7Q/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

Bright. White. Light.
These bulbs are bright! They have been on for nearly 10 hours a day since December, and keep on going. I have to do lots of driving for my job, and they make corners and close items nicely visible. My only complaint, and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is they are not as bright as the lamps on my other car. They are the stock ones, and I'm comparing apples to oranges here, but my stock lights on my Scion are nearly twice as bright. I never had the original bulbs on my current car, as the dealership somehow forgot them. I like having more side lighting on my car, and that these do well. They are bright white, with a slight bluish tint to them.

50W still not enough
For 50 watts, I did expect a somewhat brighter light. While it is marginally better than the original OEM backup lights, it is still a bit to dim to light up the area behind my truck as well as I need. These are the second bulbs I have tried and while better than the first, they still need to get more available light to the road, especially in completely dark areas when the bulbs are just not bright enough. I don't know if it is the bulb design or the clear lens that is keeping the level of light down.

Good Product 👍
Not as bright as I would have liked, but brighter than stock. Slight blueish tint just like my hid's. Good fitment and plug and play.

good product.
Great buy. I'm very happy with these lights. Was told one would blow in like a week I've had them for 3 months now with no issues. Lasted longer already than any stock fog light bulb I've used
