(Wow great book:) you should buy this book if your teens are haveing a hard time in school, at home, it's the book for you!!! Its the book i have been waiting for !!! Its so easy.. It really help my teen daughter! We do this book together ... And with her mental health works, bullying is so bad and my daughter. Need help with it (.. God bless finding this book.) . It has ways that teens can help them self. And Working at feeling better :). And also it give them ways to stand up to the bullying.. And to the bully's !!!... I wish you the best in your family's ..out there because bullying today is hard on our young people!( I can ensure you this book will help you and your Family. ) Its a beautiful book for teens helping them in every way.. Great book

My 13 year old granddaughter has found this book very helpful & empowering. I found it very enlightning & eye opening that this has become such an epidememic in our society so sad. I'm glad I found this book.

It's a good book to use in session with clients. It helps them to have a voice against being bullied by other classmates.

This book has been a blessing for my daily groups at the High Management Group Home where I am the Unit Manager. The lessons are teen friendly and opens up the group for instant feedback. I love this workbook and Amazon Prime

This is not about the content of the book, but about the fact that this 'new' book arrived very damaged. It is bent and, as result, it is quite difficult to open up the pages.

This book came to me when I requested resources from my colleagues. A simple thank you is in order here. With this resource I can offer concrete help to my adolescent clients who are grappling with meanness in their lives. I am also facilitating a women's support group and found myself sharing this book with them too. It is both valuable and concrete while written for people at all stages in their lives.
