This is what every manufacturer should strive for in a product. The quality, touch, feel and eye appeal are all there in great abundance. Perfect compliment to my iPhone 6 Plus. It could easily be mistaken for an Apple product in my opinion. Shipping was very quick and product surpassed my expectation. Here's one of the ways I judge a product - customer service. I had a minor problem which was caused by ME, not the battery and wrote to the company explaining what happened. Received a very warm and apologetic email response within two hour with an offer to ship a replacement unit at no cost to me. It was not what I was asking for, not expected BUT greatly appreciated and need I say "impressive". The unit charges the iPhone 6 Plus quickly and is itself recharged in a short period. The build quality is of the highest standard and should last a long time. If you are looking to extend the usability of your phone and don't mind impressing those around you at the same time, this is what you are looking for. Will be recommending this to all my friends as it comes with an impressive assortment of interchangeable connectors for all types of phones, tablets and games.

Great product - I used to have something similar with my 4S, but recently upgraded to a 6 and needed a new one that would be compatible. It's a bit confusing at first with all of the different gadgets that it comes with, but I put all of those aside, and it works just fine with my iPhone chargers and USB's. It's a great backup battery to have in your purse when you're out all day and running low on your battery, like a security blanket.My only gripe would be that it's a bit larger than I'd like. It's slightly bigger than the iPhone 6 and takes up too much room in my purse, but it's very slick and smooth looking and does it what it claims, so I highly recommend it : )

Excellent product! I don't often give 5-star reviews on products but this is the exception!My family does a lot of traveling and our devices suffer from drained batteries at the worst time. It's great to have extra power at your fingertips as this slim and light weight unit gets our devices charged very quickly. Without having to look (or fight) for outlet at the airport now we are able to stay powered for even the longest trips. The package of 5 adapters supplied with the unit are great for powering Apple, Android and other devices, however I only carry adapter I need which is a real plus, but when I travel with others I bring the extra adapters so that they can power their device too.Recently, one of the units didn't fully-charge and wasn't sure why... I went to the company web site (http://www.realpowerusa.com/) and submitted a form to them and received a reply within 24 hours indicating that they shipped me a replacement! Now that is what I call GREAT (no hassle) Customer Service!I highly recommend this product without hesitation and this company!

SENDING ANOTHER COMPLAINT.I received an email from Martin saying that they have shipped another product, but i never gave my shipping address to anyone. Here is the email i sent on June 09th but no one answered me.Dear Martin,I just read your email and I am sorry but I didn't received any product because I didn't gave you my home address. In fact, i was never asked to give my shippind address in order to receive another product.how can you ship an item without confirming the address?I hope we can solve this problem and I get a new product. He first used it last week. Whe he turned on it already had 75% of battery. When the battery died he plugged in to charge but the power bank doesn't charge at all. Revising my previous review since the seller provided me with a replacement product and it works great.Looks great, love the styling--and it charges both my iPad Air and iPhone 6+.It does take awhile to charge the devices but if I remember to keep it plugged in whenever possible, the long charging time is not a big deal.

It seemed to work well the first week and then took a turn for the worst. Unfortunately, I have not been able to keep the real power on when trying to charge my phone. Guessing this is why it was 50% off. Looked like it would fit my needs but unfortunately it has not.

So...I originally gave this a one star and shared that mine must be defective because it couldn't even fully charge my phone. The company sent me an email within a few days apologizing and telling me that they've sent me another one. I HATE mailing things and was thankful that I didn't have to deal with returning the other one.Anyhow, this one works far better...charged my whole 100% and only used a quarter of it's charging power.So 5 stars for service and for the product.

I bought these for xmas last year for my kids and they really started using them for long bus rides for sports and things and then they both lost their cables. The owner was so kind to send out new ones free of charge!!!
