Scivation Sesamin 180 Sci-Gels

This product does seem to help shed pounds. Without exercising and eating badly a few times a week I still lost weight. This is the only explanation as to why this is so. I lost a lot on the Paleo diet but would veer off every now and again, up to 3 times a week eating double cheeseburgers w/fries. I'm not suggesting anyone try this, but this product is all I can attribute the weight loss to while acting up during feeding time :)

I'm not sure if these really do anything but they are tasteless, easy to take as they are in gel form, and could potentially offer benefits. I personally did not see an observable change when taking these vs. not but I enjoy trying out health-related products and do not regret my choice. It may be a more personal result and could work for you!

I really love this product. Since I used to work in the nutrition industry, I actually received several bottles of Sesamin for free from the manufacturer to try out.I gotta say this is one of the few products I've ever tried that actually did what it said it would do. It helped me trim up stubborn body fat!But in addition to that, I noticed several other very nice benefits to it. It helped my skin clear up, which before I had enlarged pores on several places on my face as well as some dry patches and occasional pimple. When I got on the full dosage of 3 gelcaps per day, my skin just started looking better and was so nicely hydrated. (*Edit - After experimenting a bit I've found that 4 gelcaps perday is the most effective dosage for weight loss. I take 2 with breakfast and then two with either lunch or dinner).Then there was the "kidney effect". My kidneys were in bad shape due to taking prescription medication many years ago for depression only to have them cause kidney distress.After that, I had to be so very careful about what supplements and over the counter medicines I would take because so many things would cause me kidney pain.Additionally, I would have to drink so much water per day to keep the kidneys from aching.Well within a week of starting the Sesamin, I noticed every day my kidneys seem to be doing better and better. To say the lease I was elated!After staying on the product for 3 months solid, not only did I notice a nice reduction in the stubborn fat deposits I had around the tummy and love handle area, but my kidney health improved so much, I was completely pain free and able to take any supplement or over the counter medicine that I wasn't able to take before.What can I say other than yes, I do highly recommend Sesamin, and not just for fat burning but as a great health product overall. It's also great for liver health and cholesterol modulating too.Pair this product up with another product, NOW brand "7-Keto Leangels" and you have knockout home run! :

I received the product quickly and well sealed. I'm giving the product 3 stars because I've only be taking it for one week and have not seen any noticeable results as of yet. I have not had any side effects either. I will try to post an update after a good 30 days of use.

havent really noticed a difference as of late, but ill update the review once i finish the product. it makes me gassy of anything.

I started taking these along with fish oil and CLA. I was prepping for a bikini show and needed to cut a few stubborn pounds. This really seemed to kick my fat burning into high gear. I took 1 3 times per day. I really feel like it made a difference

Not a 5 star review but people read them the most. So...I bought this because of the other reviews, sounded nice. It's actually unflavored Sesame oil, remember going to the Chinese restaurant and getting something that had sesame oil on it, that's it. I email the company and asked them what would be the difference if I just took a 1/4 tsp of sesame oil, the same kind you can get at the grocery store, no response. Silence concedes guilt.So, if you have extra money to spend, go for it of have a nice Chinese dinner and get more. Didn't do a thing for me!

This did keep my appetite down and noticed that fat stayed off but there were defffinite side affects from this. Workouts weren't intense felt some apathy and sluggishness.
