mmm well it worked good for three months then broke down,pipes broke water all over the place cost me lots of money for repairs.but fixed the tank myself and its ok so far.

Low quality, cheaply made, frail inside and out, prone to fail, and to operate erratically...Once I set it up and tried it for the first time the chambers lightened up, the water got hot enough, and lots of melted solder came out of the unit.... That should say a lot about what to expect from this unit... Low and behold: it would work erratically, sometimes it would not work at all for no good reason, and then after 3 short months of sporadic and sparse use it went completely south...

I have no installed several like demand heaters and all have failed for one reason or another. I installed Rainman several years ago and it had been the best and longest lasting water heater so far. I must have gotten a good one as some seem to not be so lucky. Mine is several years old maybe the QC is not what it was used to be. I could recommend the ones not to buy but so far Rain Man is the Best Buy for my money.

I bought two of these water heaters and had to return one with in a month. After the second quit working they would not let me return it, saying it was after the 30 day period. They do not stand behind this product and it didn't make it through one three month hunting season.

Unbelievable how great this thing works for the price I can't believe it I couldn't be more satisfied my cabins got hot water

this is complete garbage.I've seen birds nests built better than this.crappiest unit, wasted shipping fees to find out.don't make the same mistake i did.
