What is the difference between the p-pkg1w-wh and p-pkg1wb-wh?

The P-PKG1WB-WH will also include the wall bracket (model PICO-WBX-ADAPT) to mount the Pico remote. The P-PKG1W-WH will not include the wall bracket.

Our home has many lutron caseta "mother ship" dimmers. why would one use many main dimmer switches when multiple picos can be tied to a single dimmer?

Each wired Caseta Wireless dimmer/switch would be used for its own lighting circuit. Multiple Picos can be paired to the Caseta dimmers/switches for control from a variety of areas, but there will need to be at least one wired device per lighting circuit.

Do your dimmers work with 220 volts?

The dimmer in this package (model: PD-6WCL) is only rated for 120V applications. The entire Caséta Wireless system and its controls are currently available in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Ecuador, Panama, and the Dominican Republic for 120V circuits only.

Does it works on 220v 50Hz?

The Caseta Wireless system operates on 120V 50/60Hz only. Lutron does not recommend using these devices on 220V.
