The first thing I noticed was how nice it was packaged in a nice sturdy box inside a padded mailer, it came with instructions on how to get started using natural deodorant and the deodorant was inside a nice cloth muslin bag stamped with a leaf. The cream is smooth and has a silky feel to it & goes on nicely. The smell is wonderful I can’t stop sniffing myself lol! If you love the true smell of natural lavender ( not the sweet fake synthetic lavender) then you will love this! I love that the sensitive formula uses bentonite clay which we all know how good that is for your skin. So far it has worked wonderfully & I even use it in other places that get sweaty and smelly *note this is a personal suggestion and not one from the company. My thought is there is nothing in the ingredients that would be harmful in doing that.* if you have never used natural deodorant make sure you truly give it a chance, it takes a long time to detox from the harmful chemicals in regular deodorant due to that stuff going deep within your skin and clothes. I suggest washing your shirts in a enzymatic cleaner to get all the funk out of your clothes ( yes regular deodorant stays in your clothes wash after wash) . Once your armpits are detoxed natural deodorant will work amazing! Great company and product

I really wanted to like this product based on all the reviews. I actually LOVE the smell of it in the bottle. It smells like the DoTerra Lavender oil, not the fake Lavender that you get most of the time.I do understand that it will take your body a while to "detox" when switching to a natural deodorant. They say you will sweat pretty bad for the first 3 or 4 days. Honestly, i didn't sweat any more than usual (and i am use to using deodorants with aluminum in them). The problem i ran into was the product didn't really help with the smell. It did help slightly in a sense that if i was not sweating much I did have to stick my nose pretty close to my armpit to smell the slight BO smell. But i did work in the yard a few days and worked up a pretty good sweat that made it more stinky.I used it for about a week and the smell did not improve. Even when re-applying, i still had a slight BO smell. I do tend to struggle with many deodorants though. I think the scents mix with the oils in my skin and create an entirely new scent. This one was just unpleasant.I gave this product a 4 stars, because i am convinced the issues i had are specific to me. There were a lot of pro's to the deodorant that i think would be great for many other people. The smell in the jar is very pleasant. I ordered the "sensitive" bottle right from the start because my skin is very sensitive. I had zero issues with rash or any type of irritation. In fact, it cleared up bits of rash i had from a previous deodorant. The product is almost a charcoal color and your pits will have a slight grayness to them after applying this, but i did not have any issues with it getting on my clothing.

I live in the Caribbean and have been using this stuff for almost two years! I have the grapefruit and sandalwood scent, and personally, I prefer the grapefruit. I started using this because I didn't want to use deodorant with aluminum. The last two years I've gone between using this and regular old spice deodorant... this is better! It doesn't stop sweat, but it does keep the smell away all day long. I walk to work in humid Caribbean heat and still smell fresh all day!! My only complaint is that it is grey-tinted and sometimes leaves a residue on my clothing or makes my pits look tinted - but this washes out no problem! At first, I did use a little spoon to scoop it out of the jar, but I don't even bother with that anymore. This is a great low waste swap to make!

This stuff really seems to work well! My friend recommended it and I've been using it for a couple weeks now. I feel like it helps keep me from having smelly pits, despite sweating a lot in the hot Virginia summertime.My only complaints are:1) the clay seems to leave a residue on my clothes (armpit holes in tank tops); it washes out just fine but leaves a grayish mark2) I purchased the grapefruit scented option, and there is zero grapefruit scent that I can perceive! This option should just be called tea tree oil fragranced, because it is very strongly scented with this essential oil. I'll definitely buy the product again, but will try the lavender option and hope that it's not such a strong tea tree oil scent.I still happily give this product five stars, though, because it's working really well as a hippie deodorant and doesn't bother my sensitive skin!

OMG this stuff is HORRIBLE. Let me say that I have already been using natural deodorants for some time, but recently had a reaction to the baking soda so opted to go with this sensitive skin stuff. I put it on my wrist just to check for allegy before doing ye old pits and this stuff smells NASTY. This is NOT Sandlewood. I would call it Freshy Weed Whacked Weeds with a hint of mangled posion ivy and milkweed, complete with giving you (or at least me) a very runny nose. Maybe I should have gone with Lavender, who knows? But AVOID THE SANDLEWOOD, nothing CLOSE to smelling like sandlewood, glad I tried my wrist FIRST before swabbing my pits. NASTY NASTY NASTY smell. I would rather myself and others smell my own pit stench than THIS. YUCK and waaay tooo much of a headache to return. DO NOT BUY SANDLEWOOD, I cannot speak for the other scent(s).

Timwas happy to try this as I knky use organic deodorants and I knew I’d love this scent. Dlso I did love the scent but wow it’s so so hard! I make organic products so I recognize what’s causing it, too much beeswax. To use it I’d have to warm warm it in the micro daily! I don’t want to spend the time that would take so I haven’t used it really, I should toss it out I suppose.
