I purchased these as Christmas gifts for a few folks in my family. They came out beautiful and perfectly done.

Quality results completed in a timely manner despite the holiday season. I could not fit my chosen quote using the application's fonts, so I composed it in another tool (Adobe Elements), saved it as a .JPG and uploaded the text as a picture. Turned out great!

I usually do not give out 5 stars but on this I needed to make an exception. First the price was very competitive. Second The quality is very good. The shipping of this mug was much faster than quoted and also the way it was packed was one of the best I have seen on an item like this. If you are looking to get a personalized picture mug this is the place. I 100% recommend them

I searched high and low to find not only the right size cup, but one that wasn't going to crop my picture and leave a huge gap between the top and bottom. I'm so glad I took a chance on this one, it was perfect! Not only is the price reasonable it's very well made. Even my husband was shocked on how large and comfortable the handle was to fit his hands. I think that means he wants one too, lol! After showing pictures to my family, EVERYONE WANTS ONE! I guess you're going to be receiving alot more orders from me.The only downside was that the picture did come out darker than I had originally sent. So the color of my hair doesn't show. Which is what I really wanted :/So when placing your order keep in mind to NOT SEND dark pictures and your pictures may be printed darker then the original.On the upside, when cropping the picture it didn't exactly fit how I wanted and cropped out to much at the end. I had to leave it because there was nothing for me to do to fix it. Thank goodness, the final product came out fixed! So don't worry if your cropping is a little off at the end. They'll fix it for you, which is so refreshing! Thanks again for such a lovely product.

I was skeptical how the design would turn but, I was very pleased with the finished product. The size & color are both just right & the mug is the perfect weight...plus, it's dishwasher safe! Not to mention, it's kitty approved.

I love the cup size and I am glad the writing will not come off in dishwasher. I wish the writing could have been bigger I need my readers to read it. I have a cup with the same writing but it is waring off that is why I got this one. I am going to buy one with a picture on .
