It does work great and I saw the production with cutting a bottle in half and blowing smoke in it. I didn't have no way of suctioning it around the device but good enough to where it showed that it did suck the smoke into the device. And the awesome thing is the have this spray that I bought called funk away smells awesome and it works and eliminates it does give a good smell and it does what it says eliminates odor. It really does same as this product goes hand in hand doesn't cover nothing up.I also purchased this smokeless ash tray which does have a fan that does work and it has a aroma tablet. A little circle oil-based cologne tablet that sits on a knob near the batteries. You can place two of them but it only comes with one which would be great to have two but I don't know if I really smell the cologne scent.But the device works. It keeps the smoke going down into the ashtray but does not eliminate the smell of smoke. It makes it less smelly because you would have to clean the tray after you're done smoking and putting it out. So it works as a regular ashtray but it alleviates the smoke so that it literally does not go all over the place where the smoke has the invisible tardant from the cigarette smoke that gets on the wall. That makes your walls yellow and all that. So yes it's great for house and possibly your car but I'm not too positive the effectiveness but this product I believe is effective and it does eliminate odors. It takes having it for a while to really determine that and the functionality of it. Surpasses the time of the outlet in the car for 10 to 15 minutes for shutting the power off but it surpasses that and keeps working which I think is cool functionality for this and it's safe and it has two USB chargers that work good. No complaints. I'd buy it again if it was to ever get damaged or dropped cuz it is cheaply made but well thought of and it's not a bad product whatsoever. It's a regular ashtray that has a motored fan that anyone could make this product easily. But it's a great product. I like it.And it's a great price. I would charge the same price for this smokeless ashtray any day.If you ever get a broken product of this where it looks like a defect where the batteries do not go in at all. I saw a YouTube video. The guy complained but really there's no complaint. It's a defect. It either broke during process or whatever I don't know but mine's not broken and it fits well and it has all the parts. So just know if you ever have a defected broken product, just let the company know they'll send you out a new one guaranteed. They really love their business they would. I haven't had no issues with any sellers on Amazon and neither should you just be honest with the the seller and be kind and courteous because you're purchasing products. They don't have to be nice to you because you're a jerk they don't but if they want business they have to. It's called being professional even though they're ticked off at their customer for being a jerk and ungrateful.Just know any man-made product has its dysfunction and can be fixed and replaced because not all man-made products are dysfunctional either. Just sometimes you make quantity in the manufacturer screws up. That's how things happen.Just a little comfort to those who love to complain about broken products they receive. It can also be a manufacturer dysfunction.You got to think about that but great product. Love it! Don't be afraid to purchase them because if it breaks just use the ashtray or buy a new one. It's perfect! Price $8.99 plus tax. You can't beat that. And it's pretty awesome how it works cuz it does keep the smoking the ashtray. I can see how it could put some more power into it and get their aroma working a lot better. But I don't think the aroma may be that great because I'm using it in my car and I have other products that I use so I'm not going to know LOL.But hey I like the product. I may even love it too cuz one of these days I'm going to have my own place. Not at my parents and I'll be using this ashtray cuz I actually think it's a pretty cool thought device for whoever made it. It's definitely well thought of for smokers. Will it keep you smoking? Probably not cuz eventually you may pass it on to another smoker lol 🤣 I'm just an overthinker and thoughtful LOL 🤣

Who knows if it’s working? It lights up blue has a USB port that’s useful. My car doesn’t smell but it didn’t before. I figuredIf it works no more chemical air freshener needed. Has no noise.

Initially it worked great and made my car smell so good. I read other reviews when I bought it where people said it worked good, but stopped working after a short time and that's what happened to me. I had another cheaper one for years that I paid $10 for, but I took a chance on this one and shouldn't have. We tried cleaning it but nothing worked. The blue light works but that's about it....

Works great for the car

I really wanted this product to work and so I bought it! After I plugged it In I realized it’s just a blue light and I can’t really feel any air blowing out.... so I was like well maybe it will act as a placebo for people. I know a lot about purifiers and ionizers and sanitizers. So I figured if it was a real uv air purifier and ionizer if I cup my hand around the device my hand should have a distinctive OZONE smell... and guess what it did!!! So now I was a believer! My wife not so much. Well we just drove from Utah to California with a 10 week old baby in one day so 14 hours later and I asked my wife “hey how does your nose feel and how does your skin feel?” Generally we are super stuffy and greasy feeling she replied “actually my nose feels good and I don’t feel all oily” generally when we drive that long we almost always end up sick the next day from all that recirculated air or from stopping at places to use the restroom. The only thing that changed from what we have done numerous times making that drive and this being only the second time it was 14 hours, was this air purifier ionizer. We made all the same stops with the addition of 2 more than normal and did everything the same as always. Also i have it plugged in at a location that I didn’t think would be helpful for it to work properly and yet it surprised me!

My car had a strange smell. It's a new car so the strange smell really bothered me. I cleaned the whole car and maybe I noticed something... after a few weeks it got better so I won't say it didn't work but I think it was probably something else.The bonus here is that it does have an extra usb plug in and a cool blue light...
