Excellent gaba rice, best I’ve purchased on Amazon; better than the CA grown. It has a snap when you bite it and better flavor than both white and brown rice. It cooks like white rice in a rice cooker. Very similar to rice I bought in Japan. 8.8 pounds sounds like a lot but worth trying if you’ve never tried.

This is probably one of the better quality sprouted rices I’ve had. The rice is quite clean, the water is quite clear when you rinse it. It is a little too dear for the quantity so will only purchase this again if I really needed to
