Be Still: Let Jesus Calm Your Storms

Great information on fear in this book. We should live by faith, not fear! Appreciated all the Bible verses that were included in each chapter.

This is the best book I have ever in my life read, beside the Word of God. This book has strengthen my life, and open my eyes. This is one awesome book. To God Be The Glory! Thank You, Cherie Hill! I will recommend this book to to the saved and the unsaved.

This book came at a time when I most needed it. My 33 year marriage has just ended and the words Be Still reverberate in my heart and soul as I pick up the pieces of my heart and soul and allow God to heal my brokenness. While some authors use personal stories to help, Cherie Hill uses the very words of God to bolster, strengthen , and minister. Scripture that will help to have faith to keep on going by trusting when tragedy strikes that God has a plan to work good for his own. To help her reader Be still while "still in the storm."I bought 4 copies to give each of my daughters because life is hard at times and I want them each to have a copy in hand!

I read this book a couple. Of years ago and found it inspiring and uplifting. I was so moved by your genuine faith and the inspiration that you were able to so skillfully weave into the pages within the book that I find myself reading over and over and with each reading it never fails that I get additional inspiration each time I read it. WOW! Another wonderful book by Cherie Hill! I cannot say enough great things about this author, her style of writing and the heart in each book. She walks the journey with you, helping you and encouraging you as you go. She uses life experience and God's word to really transform your way of thinking, your way of dealing with the battle ahead. She gently lovingly nudges the reader to TRUST GOD. This book has been powerful in my own trial. God has uses this book and her other books as tools in my battle against unbelief, discouragement, situational depression, hopelessness --Cherie Hill encouraged me to keep fighting, keep waiting, keep being still, to keep TRUSTING GOD! Thank you Cherie Hill! You are a blessing! I HIGHLY recommend this book to EVERYONE! Whether you are going through a trial or not this is good reading! 5 STARS! 2 thumbs up!

Perfect timing in a not so ordinary way. I was searching for a book back in the Fall of 2014 and I stumbled upon this book. For some reason I was drawn to it, reasons I can't explain. Life was good, things were moving right along. I read a little here and there. It was not until my family was touched with cancer a few months later (and still is) that I dove right in. I could not put it down. I recommend this to anyone who finds themselves feeling like the storm of their life has capsized them - remember, you have an anchor, a Savior who is with you as you power through your storm.

This book is easy reading and very informative. I didn't want to take a brake. Thank you Cherie Hill. My walk with the Lord is determined👍

This book came at the right time in my life and reminds me that God is with us at all times even in the midst of the storms. You will love it and be encouraged.

Excellent book, simplistic, straightforward language & style and both challenging & encouraging on how to view and cope with our storms. I have subsequently read all Cheries book and all are the same high standard. They Really really helped me when I was going through 2 huge storms and whilst I didn't know it at the time, these books were preparing me for the 3rd storm, which was the biggest of all. Easy reading and understanding, would most definetly recommend , a walk closer to GOD

Fabulous book well worth a read

This gave my insight into know that God is with me in all situations. When my faith wavers, I go back and learn lessons from the storm..... even the disciples needed to know the power of our God. Know that "I (God) will never leave you or forsake you...."
