Cheap and works.
For the price this tool works great. The motor runs a little rougher than high quality air tools, but the belt tensioner works, the belt stays on track, and it works great for rough filing the edges of plywood router cuts.

It looked to be returned before or maybe a store model. The belt had been used and was missing the other two belts that were supposed to come with it. The bearing at the front was unable to be installed because of a stripped screw hole.
