Tooth & Honey Large Dog Clothing/Dog Pullover/Light Weight Shirt/Color Block Shirt/Summer Shirt/Dark Grey/Allergy Shirt

I've been looking for a t-shirt for my dog Ringo (Pit Mix) but none could accommodate his beefy chest. I think most dog t-shirts are designed for small dogs or sporting dogs. So I was thrilled to find this t-shirt from Tooth & Honey made for bigger chested, beefy dogs like pits and pit mixes. The shirt is so well made! The fabric is much thicker than the other shirts I tried but it's not too thick or heavy. It's soft and stretchy enough to easily put on my dog. It fits Ringo perfectly! For reference, Ringo is 57 pounds, has an 18.5-inch neck and 28.5-inch chest, and I bought him a size large. It looks great on him and he seems very comfortable in it (photo attached).

Love this t shirt for our staffy/pittie mix! Size chart on point and a comfortable fit. Well made, soft fabric stitched well. All other dog shirts slip down below the shoulder or are too tight in the chest, this one, no problem! I will be purchasing another for colder weather. Our dog is 59 pounds and fits a size large for reference. Thanks Tooth and Honey!

I purchased 2 shirts for our mini Aussie while he was healing from a surgery, so he wouldn’t have to wear a cone or inflatable collar. It fit him perfectly and allowed him to run and play with no constrictions and no issues going potty. The shirt is light enough for Florida weather, but warm enough during our few chilly days, since they had to shave his fur on his chest. I would alternate between the 2 shirts so he would always have a clean one to wear. He sat nicely every time I would change it, as if he enjoyed wearing it. He has a broader chest and weighs 51 lbs and wore a large with still enough room to be comfortable. I like that the neck came high enough to cover the surgical area, but able to fold down like a turtle neck. His harness also fit nicely over it so he could still go for walks, once his sutures were removed. Very happy with this shirt!

For reference, our 60lbs Pitt/Rott mix wears a large and it fits perfectly! Not too tight, not too baggy. We were looking for something to cover a majority of our dog's stomach as she was itching due to allergies. Most of the things we were finding on Amazon barely covered anything, but we came across this sweatshirt and we love it! It's long enough to where it goes down her back and stomach, almost all the way to the end, but it doesn't droop so she won't trip on it. The turtleneck part allows for it to not stretch down her shoulders as much and it keeps it's shape. It's very soft and my dog doesn't mind wearing it at all. It's a little thicker than a shirt, so we take it off when we go on longer walks just so our pup doesn't overheat, but we've loved our purchase and it has helped our dog stop itching her stomach as often!

This t-shirt is very nice. The fit is really good, quality seems to be very good, washed well. It has a little elasticity to it but not stretchy. I loved the Pit Bull tag on the bottom. I wish there were a few sweater options. I will say to really pay attention to sizing since it was hard for me to order the smaller size that we needed based on all other shirts. The sizing chart seems pretty accurate.

My dog suffers from hot spots. He gets them mostly on his neck, and some more mild ones on his belly and head. I can’t really cover his head lol but was hoping to find a shirt that at least covers his neck.I initially ordered an XL because it sounded like they run large from the reviews. My dog fit the measurements chart provided for the XL (the larger end). While the XL fits, it’s very snug and the neck covering portion wouldn’t stay up for even a minute. Decided to return it and try an XXL instead.Today the XXL arrived and I put it on immediately. The fit is much better, but I really wish there was an XXXL option because I think if it was just a little bit bigger, it would fit in a more relaxed way (like the seller’s photos) and I wouldn’t have to worry if it shrinks a little. The neck portion is much better on the XXL for my dog. It does still slink down, but only about 2/3 of the way vs all the way with the XL. I’m thinking about sewing a collar to the base of the neck portion to it to help keep it from sliding down. The material is thin and stretchy, and looks like it’s pretty good quality compared to shirts I’ve purchased for my little dogs. It’s also a material that seems great for the summer heat….it’s very light.I didn’t realize he’d like wearing this so much. He seemed very pleased that he got to be dressed like the little dogs with their sweaters in the winter. He’s all smiles and doesn’t look like he’s restricted in his front legs at all.Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase, but it’s only the first day! I’ll add to my review if anything changes over the coming weeks/months :)

My lab is 95 lbs, and the XL, which was the largest size offered right now didn’t necessarily say it would fit him, but it perfectly fine! I was desperate to get something especially long on the neck, because he just has surgery, and I’m trying to protect him from scratching at his incision. Seems to work, and as a bonus he looks adorable, and it probably feels good to have a little warmth since half of his side is shaved from the surgery. But it’s not too warm at all - which is perfect!

Our dog recently had surgery on his upper body. This shirt protected his stitches from either him or his brother from licking or chewing them. It also fit well and looked cute!
