I used these balloons for my sons 2nd birthday party because he loves animals the quality of the balloons were great. It doesn’t come with a straw to blow up the balloons so I had to use one. You could possibly get them blown up at your nearest dollar store but i didn’t need helium for my balloons. Overall happy with my sons decor

Loved the colors but blowing them up was difficult. The hole for the air is hard to figure out and popped one trying to blow up.

These balloons have held up pretty well overall. Had them filled up with helium. The elephant and puppy do not float after being filled up and are the smallest balloons in the package. However, a week later 8/10 balloons are floating and being played with and the one year old loves them!
