Chocolate castle
OK, it's not quite Bamburgh Castle but it was the best I could do! Used the mould to make 4 chocolate pieces that built the Castle above the beach - birthday cake for a 29 year old! The mould was easy to use and far easier than I expected to get the moulded chocolate out. No problems.

Extremely pleased with these as using to make plaster Paris stars. It takes a few attempts to remove stars without some points breaking off but once you find your own style the results are great.. The mould is quite a firm rubber so easy to tap on flat surface to remove any air bubbles and it cleans very easy with running under warm water.

Take your time, and leave to cool in the fridge overnight
I used the silicone mould as part of afairy palace cake topper. I made 4 of them using white chocolate, and put them in a square. They were painted with food paint, glued together with iceing sugar, then the inside was filled with Smarties....... our granddaughter and her party friends loved it...... ❤️❤️
