Why is this to make oat milk which comes out fresh and delicious and not gummy. I also use it to make oatmeal cereal, imagine that. It's the only brand I buy.

I've been using Bob's Red Mill products for a while and trust this brand a lot based on my past experiences. Although this is my first purchase of oats, I could tell this is high quality oats.
