Aquatec 5513-1E12-J526 Pump 4.9 gpm 1/2 FPT 115VAC

Have bought several pumps from this manufacture over the years. Finally had one that didn't last two hours. Sent it back. Took weeks, much longer than it should have for them to repair it. Then they sent it to someone else. Great pumps, but their customer service is not. Suggest looking at a different vendor before purchasing.

I bought this pump in 2019 to take with us to our homestead RV site in Baja. It's still running just fine.We have used it for 6 months each year in 2019, 20 and 21. We run it off a 100ft extension cord plugged into our RV inverter circuit. It is positioned over top of our in ground water cistern with a submerged hose and attached standard RV water filter for pickup, the outlet hose connects to a pvc pipe that runs to our RV, ends in another RV water filter and then connected to the RV city water inlet , the length of the plumbing run is about 75 feet.The pump supplies water on demand when we open any tap in the RV, it is instantaneous and a great pressure for showering, much better than the standard 12V RV water pump. We have also used it continuously for up to 20-30 minutes with no problem, it gets quite warm but functions fine. The power draw is no problem at all for our 1500 watt inverter with 2 6V deep cycle batteries and a 550 watt solar system.I am impressed that this pump works so well with 2 RV drinking water filters in the circuit, that is a good bit of resistance but they are necessary because of debris in the cistern (including at least one dead scorpion!) and algae buildup from the 6 months off season in the plumbing run and hoses. It is the Baja after all.I am here to order another one to use as a backup and also to replenish the RV tank while boondocked on the road from a 60 gal bladder carried in our towed vehicle.

I have been using this pump for almost a year. I pump about 50 gallons of water every 2 or 3 days. Pump always works, always turns on and always turns off. great pump.

Did not last. Only used a couple of time and it is no longer working. Is there a warranty?

QUALITY AMERICAN MADE PRODUCT. I WILL SEEK THEM OUT AGAIN.
