It is unclear if it works and if it has what it states, but in old age it is good to try and protect the eyes. It is easy to swallow.

Excellent product helps me see much better

Ever since I started using Macushield, I have noticed a huge improvement in my eyesight. I also love to buy from Amazon, because they have the best price.

I would give this product 5 stars if it had a better mail package. I recieved it in a bubble mailer which cannot provide good protection for a box of softgel capsules. Otherwise the price and quality is very good.

Haven’t noticed any bad side effects after a month and I do believe that my vision has improved.

We use this product for our aging eyes in place of MacuHealth. it saves a lot of money and has virtually same formulation. Recommend it. Either MacuHealth or Macushield are better alternatives to Occuvite. MacuShiels is more cost effective.

Three years ago, my eye exam showed the presence of drusen particles which are not uncommon in older people, but these could be preliminary to AMD, macular degeneration. My health report from genetic testing through 23 and Me confirmed that I have three copies of genes relating to macular degeneration. My ophthalmologist recommended MacuHealth, a form of eye vitamins with the same formulation as Macushield which was the original producer of that vitamin. I've been taking this ever since and my recent eye exam showed no drusen present! I highly recommend MacuShield!

I’m not sure this product does anything, but my eye doctor recommended taking it as a supplement. I have used it since August of 2022, but when I went to reorder this month, the price had nearly doubled. I will be finding an alternate.
