Does as advertised
I bought these for a couple reasons. We were using some steam pan liners that were almost $1 per liner and I bought these to hopefully replace them. These are very thin and work well for very low temp steam tables. I’d be careful if you go much higher than 175 degrees. We tried using them on low temp roasting pans but that was a disaster. The plastic melted onto the sides of the pans. Since our steam table is at 150 degrees they work well.
