Best recovery kit for runners!
I have used several recovery kits for shin splints, muscle recovery, and runner's knee. The shin splints recovery kit from Professional Rehab is a uncomplicated, easy-to-use, and very compact product. I have been using it this winter after my shin splints came back in force and I have been so much happier and healthier. It's simple and small enough I can take it with me in my pack on trips, and not bulky and overly complicated like some other kits I have used before. It's also really great quality and inexpensive! Simply said, if you have shin splints and want a good quality product to help you get back on the track, this kit is the way to go!

OMG
The only thing I've had actually had a chance to use out of this kit is the roller ball and OMG is it great for after a work out. It gets warms as your use it on your muscles and then gets cold as it waits to be used again. I absolutely love it and it is helping me stay active when I really need it.

Love the Roller Ball
Obsessed with the roller ball! I have the worst shin splints after I run and the roller ball is the first thing to provide any relief. It's small and easy to carry with you too if you're going on a long run. It stays cold for a while as well. Highly Recommend!

Fastastic Kit
As someone who goes to the gym a lot, This kit has been perfect for me. It has everything I need to help my sore back. The ice pack is perfect size and stays cool a long time. All in all I would recommend this. 100% would buy again!

Great setup for an injury
I just was diagnosed with a stress fracture on my shin and I really wanted to try heat therapy because ice wasn’t that effective. This is such a great kit! Love how everything is reusable. Great quality.

Rolly ball is amazing!
So far we love these products! My son especially loves the rolly ball. He gets bad growing pains on legs and he says it helps! We got them for my partners legs for soccer/ shin splint type pain. It has worked for helping so far! 💗💗🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Recommend for sure.
