Series 3 not as good as series 1 and 2.

Well i'm conflicted, slightly.Famke Janssen was great in this series. I can watch her in anything.Or so i thought...The unnecessary gay sub-plot was not needed. Up til then the series piled on hetero scenes and drew you in.Then the show runners get told its cancelled so they know they can shoehorn there own proclivities into the show. (ala American Horror Story, just without the cancellation part)Along with the PS2 level CGI and rushed feel, plus the second season being massively truncated on PAL Region 2 DVD, I just can't recommend Hemlock Grove as a full three season series.I did love the first season...i loathed this last one, as did my Wife. Unpleasant for the wrong reasons.

Ordered season 3 (i already bought seasons 1+2) read + read twice again to make sure i could watch it in english..got season 3 ..was in german + wouldnt let me change it to english 😥so had to send it back.

Unfortunately, my region-free DVD player would not play this season 3. Would really love to find a playable version.
