Aquarium Fish Tank Gravel Cleaner,Siphon Vacuum Pump Gravel Cleaner Fish Tank Water Changer with Adjustable Flow Control Tape& Aquarium Fish Tank Cleaning Brush

I felt that my previous self-starting gravel cleaner was not that useful (difficult to start and a short inlet) so I decided to try this one. When I started my search, I looked for a water changer (not gravel cleaner as I use a different method to clean the gravel) for my table-top aquarium which measures 45cm wide, 45 cm tall and 29 cm deep (volume 47 litre).I decided to try this water changer (by the way, it can separate and remove debris from aquarium gravel) because of three points: (a) its siphon pump (no self-start), (b) flow control tap (speed and time to stop and start) and (c) the 17 inches inlet (parts A and B together) which suits my 45cm tall aquarium. Today I used this unit first time and I am satisfied that I decided to try this water changer. Actually, I spent more time on cleaning the aquarium as it was more easier to fill and drain, fill and drain (and one more time - fill and drain) the water, making the aquarium cleaner. It’s definitely a more comfortable and effective method to clean the aquarium than the previous one. The cleaning brush is also useful.

I have a 240lt community tank that has primarily smaller fish, whilst the built in cage could stop some of my fish being sucked in i would not leave the hose unsupervised. The water comes out at a much quicker rate than my previous siphon. For £14 you can't go wrong with it my only downside so far is that the tube is not long enough for me to be able to comfortably reach the bottom of my tank.As for durability, if I run into issues in the near future, i shall update this review

Standard gravel vacIt works as should but I do have one concern and it's that these things are never built to last it will break within a year I expectWasn't very expensive though

It came on time and was easy to put together, looks like it might last and it is good for larger tanks, but it is also very bulky and inflexible compared to the ones I used before with the soft hose, I dread the next water change if I'm honest. The flow is not always consistent but can be adjusted by squeezing the pump, when the flow is good it pumps out the water in no time, so keep an eye on it

When I bought this I didn't actually realise just how big it is! It works perfectly in my 13l aquarium,it can drain my tank in only a few minutes. easy to clean as well,besides this price is very good,this siphon and Cleaning Brush are the exactly I want, I have taken pictures of this two items,Buy one, You won't regret it!

Worked ok first time and a lot of suction.unfortunately didn't work again as sealant came apart on pump and valve stopped working. Ni good too anyone now.Hosing not very flexible. Not a good product please buy alternative.
