The Hermetic and Alchemical Writings of Paracelsus--Two Volumes in One

An extreme wealth of information. There is a LOT of information to digest in this book. I would recommend it to any student of alchemy, spagyrics, the occult, or somebody who wants to learn about natural herbs and practical alchemy. It also functions as a source book for somebody in the academic community who needs to cite Paracelsus's works. The only reason this gets 4/5 stars, instead of 5, is because the book is printed on cheap paper, and the binding seems flimsy, though it is better quality paper than text books I've spent 4x as much for, that had no binding or cover, so I am somewhat used to such things.

This is a review of the Kindle version. This is NOT a Kindle ebook. It is just a PDF. It is very hard to read because the print looks like it's been photocopied several times, and washed out. The print is not electronic and lacks the functionality to change the size of the text or to use the hyperlinks of the table of contents. Look for a different version of this book if you want to read it on Kindle.

Interesting read, has come in handy for occult research.

This book is a must have for anyone interested in Alchemy. The original two books, if you can find them, cost well over a thousand dollars. This gives great insight into the Great Work. I suggest reading this book before reading any books by contemporary alchemical writers. The Paracelsusian method is the most used in Alchemical lab Work.

Well, you get your money’s worth with this epic read! All of the major works of Paracelsus in one place. Brilliant!

This book is enormous. There is another version of this book that is cheaper and has the same title, but it is not the same. This book contains way more of Paracelsus' writing, and that other book contains only the first few that are in this one.

I’ve never left a review for anything in my life. This is legit the first ever but I feel compelled to say something. Book spine appears it has been opened dozens of times. Or maybe crushed. This sucks.
