NIL customer support. Poor life.
Good for initial few refills. Thereafter gas leaking problem starts. Refilled gas leaks in few days time without use. Now gathering dust in a corner. The OEM guys do not respond to repairs etc. Go ahead and buy it if you want to use 3-4 times only. You can also keep this short life item in your kitchen shelf to impress others. All the best.

Cheap malfunctioning torch
I am editing this review as the torch malfunctioned just after a few times use. The control knob does not work any more and you wouldn't know when it will fire - an unregulated gas torch is 'DANGEROUS' to use. There is also no response from the seller. My guess was correct that this is a cheap product worth one fifth the price being sold.My advice is to choose something else and stay away from this Hazardous product as it poses great risk for users.
