Sofa Sleeper Convertible into Lounger/Love seat/Bed - Twin, Full & Queen Sizes - (Twin)

I ordered a "Mechali Products" sleeper sofa, and received a "Night & Day Furniture" piece of the same look. The question I posted on the product page got unanswered, and the customer support agent couldn't provide a clear answer either.Hardware for the legs in the package was wrong. I had to wait a week to receive the correct bolts after contacting the Night & Day parts department.The assembled piece looks good and is comfortable to sit and sleep on. The pull-out and the recline mechanisms are smooth.

Side frames and sofa legs are cheap metal -- they bent immediately and I weigh less than 57kg ~ 125lbs! Plus the staples fell out of cheap cloth bottom! In addition, they delivered only to the curb — so you will have to hire a group of moving personnel to carry it because the boxes weigh nearly three hundred pounds! Therefore the final cost was USD1500 to just get it! Refusing to pay for it, and they can come get it plus reimbursement for the movers!Plastics and staples with tacky muslim underneath! Are they kidding! Quality Western furniture is supported to be made with upholstery tacks! DONT BOTHER!

Love this fold out couch. Amazingly comfortable. We did get a memory foam mattress pad to put on but this is a great product. Looks professional in our "vacation office"

Great quality very versatile

I bought this item from a different merchant, and suggest you compare prices on the web as I paid a fair amount less elsewhere. I've had this item for about 6 months now and use it almost daily so can attest that overall quality is excellent and what you would expect from a Serta product. Soft, sturdy fabric, excellent mechanical parts. There are cheaper non-branded similar items on the web, but I recommend spending extra for this Serta product if it fits your budget.ASSEMBLY is pretty straight forward, basically attaching the arms to the center portion- however it's heavy so for some people they'll need a second person to help with assembly of the pieces. Measure your space and the dimensions of the item because while it sleeps like a twin, the arms do take additional space in terms of width. Mine is in a small den/guest room and it gives the room a lot of functionality to be able to use it as a chair/lounger or bed.STYLE is debatable, so you can look at the pictures and judge for yourself. I think it's maybe a bit bland and blocky looking, but the functionality and quality offsets those concerns. It's not high style, but it's attractive enough in my view. Again, if you do some web searches, you'll see Serta sells these in different colors and sizes, so you might find something more appealing for you elsewhere.SLEEP in bed mode is easy to set up and it will take standard sheets, which is handy (in comparison to some futons). As with most any sleeper sofa, there is a bar you can feel, particularly if you are a heavier person. This is the main reason I'm deducting a star. I was able to remedy that however by putting a twin memory foam topper on the bed. With the topper, it's quite comfortable in my opinion, especially for occasional use as a guest bed.CHAIR mode is a bit awkward for shorter people as the seat is pretty deep. A couple of toss pillows will remedy that. Otherwise not much to say here.LOUNGER mode is my favorite and how I use the chair almost daily. It's comfortable for virtually any size person and the bar that can present a problem when in 'sleep' mode is not an issue when used as a lounger. Great for reading or watching a movie.SWITCHING MODES is pretty straightforward and simple and just takes a few seconds. A definite plus in comparison to some competing products.

We really like its look and it is comfortable. Just yesterday my great grandson dropped choclate on it it it wipe right off with a damp cloth.
