A great way to get egg whites, without the need for yolks.
A very nice and easy way of getting egg whites without having to find a use for unwanted yolks.The carton contains 15 egg whites.Perfect for health conscious people, but, for me perfect for meringues and other baking.For example, I've attached a photo of a lemon meringue pie I made.The pie needs 2 egg yolks, but the meringue really needs 4 egg whites.Making the extra whites up from this is the perfect way to do it.The whites themselves are just plain old egg whites, with nothing added. They whip up beautifully for a meringue.Overall, I can thoroughly recommend these egg whites, if egg whites are what you need.I hope you found this review helpful.

Good taste
Purchased this when I ran out of eggs, great taste mixed with veg as an omelette. Lasts a long time! A month of shelf life but 5 days once opened.

Perfect for every meal
I am health conscious and only eat egg whites in my meals and so this product is a life saver. I use it in my breakfast to make scrambled egg, at lunch it is great in quiches and I have just started using it in my protein shakes. The eggs taste great and it is easy to store in the fridge!
