Anyone know if this has pockets on the inside?

This is a really nice purposeful jacket, however, be aware that there are different versions of said jacket. The first I ordered was just a lil’ bit too small and it had additional pockets inside as well as all the other bells and whistles. The replacement jacket did not have the same pockets and it was disappointing, but I didn’t have the time to await another jacket so I kept it. Still very happy with it but the first jacket was just had that little extra functionality. Seller confirmed that there is the possibility of slightly different designs.

Velcro for patches on both shoulders?

Yes it does have velcro on both shoulders. Approximately 2"x2".

What does the tag say about washing instructions? The tag was missing on mine.

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Low heat dry.

Does the hood come off

No, it doesn’t but it can be tuck in the collar.
