Disappointed Customer
I was disappointed because buyer be ware, the picture was deceiving to me. You do receive the 5 wicks. The plastic adaptor that fits into the wick/ diffuser bottle does not come with the wicks. Also the black ring / washer they show does not come with this product. It's just the wick only!!

Waste of money
Maybe I'm using the wrong kind of fragrance, but these refills haven't helped at all. Tried to save a few dollars by using replacement wicks, but have had no luck as of yet. Waste of money.
