If you were buying this product mainly for the display screen feature, don’t waste your money. The display worked as advertised for less than a week... actually, I’m being generous... it started to flicker by the 2nd day and within a month, went completely dark....All I’m left with now is just a nice looking (yes, i’ll Give them credit...it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye:) shower system.... and now since it takes twice as long to take a shower (don’t worry, i’ll explain) I get more time to admire its beauty .....I should’ve listened to the other reviews, water barely trickles out of this shower head . I know it has nothing to do with my in wall plumbing since the pressure was great before my bathroom renovations. It takes over an hour just to fill my jacuzzi tub, so If you're looking for a nice bath as soon as you get home from a long day at work, I’d suggest hook up a hose to another faucet and fill it yourself.So In case I wasn’t clear... would I recommend this product ?_ absolutely not!Do I wish I could return it - absolutely yes!

It took a while but finally got the shower fixtures installed and it works well. Pressure is adequate but not high as I expected. It would be fine for most people. My personal preference is high pressure showers. Main pro regarding this item is that its made of metal so its more durable than most other shower heads you buy. It is very good but does have somewhat of cheap feel to the material so don't expect high end material (If the manufacturer uses better material, it would be one of the best shower heads out there). Another thing to point out is the knob that controls where the water goes, it rotates 360 degrees so its hard to tell where to stop unless the water is on. Now for the things I really liked. When the water is on, you can see the LED timer and water temperature. Its an extra feature but very eye catching. Overall, its a very good item for home and I would recommend it. For the price, I don't think you can find anything better.

When this shower system arrived and I took the items out of the box, I was immediately impressed at the high quality of the components. They're not just light-weight, empty shells, but are heavy and solid. The threaded inlets are not plastic, but metal, which is good because when I was soldering the copper pipes near it, there was no chance of melting the inlets. It's very handsome and it's very cool to have a digital display of temperature and shower time. (My family loves to take showers that are way too long, lol)There are only two complaints I have.1) The directions were definitely translated into English from Chinese, but they could have hired a better translator. They're just a little difficult to understand.2) The digital animation on the installation video is pretty cool and easy to understand. However, the width measurement from the very front (face) of the unit to the back is off. (Only by about 1/16 inch, but that could make a difference in the final outcome). Just keep that in mind.3) At first, the water pressure was very disappointing. But they apparently realize this, so they included a web link in the instructions with a video showing how to clean the unit and clear out any debris. That fixed the problem and now, it has plenty of pressure.4) I wish they had included an option to purchase a longer shower head tube. It puts the downflow too close to the wall where the valve is (at least for my taste). I wanted one about 9" to a foot longer, but I couldn't find one from the same CharmingWater company, so I had to order an after-market extention on Ebay.Bottom line, it's a great system and I'd recommend it highly. Just keep in mind the four things I mentioned. Enjoy!

The quality is poor and cheap . The first set arrived and has to be returned - head shower was stained , handle was damaged . The second arrived not much better . Spend a few dollars more and get something of better quality

Installation was no problem as the wall were opened to the studs. The supply plumbing was replaced with new PEX from the main water filter as was all of the plumbing from the new diverter/valve assembly to each output. The display worked well for the first shower. It only works for about the first minute before flickering and going out on all subsequent showers.Water flow/pressure to all 3 outputs is pathetically low/weak. While a rain head should be gentle, it should be more than dribble from most of the jets. The hand held, well see the photos, hold it close if you want to get wet. All faucets down stream from this have outstanding flow/pressure (even had to choke down the vanity faucet to keep it from splashing out of the sink).Sent email to vendor. NO RESPONSE! I guess if they wait long enough, they know it can't be returned. Caveat Emptor

The media could not be loaded. Nice high quality stainless steel materials (the whole system) no need to plug it into power because it runs on the small generator inside from the water pressure, really nice that it showes the temperature so i can get the exact same temp every shower, you will need extra pipes/hose to install it if you have a traditional shower. After installing and testing it, you will need high water pressure to get the screen to work propperly, so if you for example have a washing machine or a dishwasher running at the same time the water pressure will drop and the LCD might start flickering.
