Tulster IWB Profile Holster in Right Hand fits: Springfield Armory XDS 3.3" 9mm/.45

Through lots of trial and error, I've searched extensively for the optimal IWB holster for my Springfield XDS 3.3". The search is over! The minimalist design and craftsmanship of this Tulster holster is second to none. Every design element is purposeful and it conforms to the profile of the firearm very nicely. It has a notch to accommodate the slide stop and take-down lever, keeping them from getting scuffed or worn over time. I also really like the look and texture of the carbon fiber style, which matches the physical characteristics of the firearm.I prefer carrying at the 5 or 6:00 positions, and the design allows me to easily and naturally index the firearm when holstering it. The draw is equally seamless and the holster for the most part stays in place. The belt clip is decent, and I like the fact you can tilt it 15 degrees to adjust how the firearm sits against your body, but it can cause printing depending on what you're wearing. You can purchase soft loops as an alternative to the belt clip. Just know they only come in single orders so you'll have to buy two, which I learned the hard way and had to place a follow-up order.While I've only owned this item a short time, it's significantly better than any other IWB holster I've bought from the major retailers - both single- and double-clip styles - for the XDS. It's may be more expensive than similar holsters on the market, but it's completely worth it the added cost. Highly recommended product for Springfield enthusiasts!

I previously carried an XDM in 9mm and decided to switch over to the XDS for less weight and gut punch (as an appendix carrier). The Tulster was exactly what I hoped for. The swivel in the belt clip lets me adj it to just the right angle for a comfortable draw without the grip pressing into my guts when I'm sitting. There is a slight tention catch at the trigger guard so when it's in the holster it's not coming out until YOU want it to. I emphasize YOU because I feel like even if someone happened to try to get your weapon it would be a bit difficult for them even with a simple retention system. GET ONE!

Sure you could go out and buy the $20-$30 kydex holster--which there are aplenty. But this one is THE quality minimalistic IWB holster to buy for the Springfield XDS 3.3", no question. The grooves are formed perfectly to allow the gun to glide in smoothly without marring the slide, while creating a strong enough hold to ensure the gun is soundly in place. I know the marring is a non-issue for some, it is a weapon not a car, but i like my guns to last as long as possible. This is the only one i have tried that did not scuff the slide. I will be a Tulster customer as long as they are in the business.

Now, to the holster,Comfort: 10/10 I never imagined a kydex holster being so comfy, I carry in both appendix position and 3-4:00 and it's great for both.Quality: undeniable quality, you get what you pay for with holsters. Buy once, cry once. This is my first and last holster.Performance: didn't even have to adjust tension right out of the box, it holds the gun in place but a firm grip and just a tug to get the gun out.

Bought this for my conceal and carry. Thick polymer. High quality. Scews for belt clip come loose with threadlock tube. Allows you to set height and angle and then lock them down. Fit XDs 3.3 .45 pistol perfect. Definite click in out but smooth draw and return. Very comfortable to wear. Very impressed.

I have sworn by leather holsters for years and decided to pick one of these up when I purchased my XDs. I have to say that the quality is excellent and the adjustable belt clip and firearm retention screw make it very simple to customize to your specific carry style. I was able to tune in the retention force and clip location easily and then add the suggested loctite to the screws in order that the positons were locked in (the screws come loose so you can adjust). Very comfortable to wear and very pleased with overall funtion. Will be ordering one for my Glock 27 as well!

I like how effortlessly my gun glides in, meaning very low or no slidewear. However, it still clicks in solidly at the end via the trigger guard, providing great retention.Although Tulster says this only fits the XDs mod 1, I only have an XDs Mod 2 and this fits perfectly as if its made for it.

I have used this holster daily for several months to carry my HK VP9SK. I have many different holsters that sit in the drawer because this is by far the most comfortable and concealable holster I have owned. I just bought another one for my Springfield XDS 45 and it is just as good. The retention can be adjusted for the perfect draw. I have seen many use this as an appendix holster but I carry at 3 and 4 o’clock and it rides perfectly comfortable all day. Tulster reached out the same day it was delivered (Saturday) to make sure I was happy. I will be purchasing for my Glock 27 now.
