Great item
Really wonderful item, I am writing on 26.3.25 after using near about 4 months.Using this item bread eating in breakfast or tiffin more and more good.

Good product.When I received the product it was damaged. Some plastic part was broken. I asked for a replacement and which was done on the very next day.But that product too had some defects. Ceramic coating was gone at the edges.Easy to use, easy to clean. Value for money. But make sure that you receive an undamaged product.

Don't worry, 700W heating is enough
Good product. Product received today in good condition. Not waited to take trial. Excellent output / heating. I was worried before buying thinking whether 700kw will be suitable or not. But it does work perfectly. Ceramic platform ensures non sticky, non toxic food. You can make 2 sandwitches at a time. Presently fully satisfied.

Waste of Money
Its the worst product ever. We wanted to gift it to our friends but on opening the package the plastic base came off from the toaster. On further complaint the customer service people also talked rudely with us and not giving a alternative solution. Didnot expect this from such reputable brand.

Product quality
Product is excellent. Only one improvent is required.Locking is very poor. One sided locking mechanism is not efficient enough. In hot condition neither locking nor unlocking is easy.Better to have the lock at center to have uniform pressure on both sandwiches.

Highly recommended!
After using sandwich toasters from other brands, purchased it. Using since last 1.5 years, gifted to my sister also.. really a very very good product in terms for quality, ease of use, cleaning, sandwich crispiness.. really too good. Highly recommended
