Works well.
Make sure you measure OUTER door frame. I gave 5 stars because the measurement error was all me. It didnt come with the correct installation/construction book but it was so easy to put together, I figured it right out. It was too short by 2 inches as I had measured indoor diameter wrongly. It's up and running (I put a filler piece at the top) and my cats are mad they can't escape outdoors!

The perfect design
Perfect product, easy to install as long as you follow the instructions and measure correctly. It allows for proper ventilation as well as keeping insects out. Very good design.
