Bought this DeSantis Thumb Break Mini Slide for a Sig P365 XL with a Romeo X Compact red dot. The fit was quite good, possibly needing a 1/2 mm trim of the edge of the thumb break leather under the battery on the Romeo X. It actually snaps quite well without the trim job.So altogether, it is exactly was I was looking for. Leather holster, great retention, great fit, nice craftsmanship, comfortable OWB carry. And Amazon offered this holster at a good price.And a bonus, a P365 (no red dot) fits perfectly too.

Carried a gun on my side for over 20 yrs. This holster is of excellent quality and is one of the best I have ever used. It holds the weapon close to the body and is easily concealed under a jacket, vest or loose t-shirt. The button retention is as good as any other holster of top reputable brand.

This is a great holster for the Sig P 365. I have the original and it's a great fit. It's a high ride holster. I had been concerned because of a review I read on Amazon that the holster hit the Mag release and released the Mag. I wrote in and asked about it. Several people were nice enough to write back and assured me this was not the case. They were right. Doesn't come close to the Mag release. Very happy with the purchase. I wear it almost every day. Some didn't like craftmanship but I think it's a very well made solid holster.

I have to admit, I was just a bit surprised with this holster. I usually purchase another name brand holster, however I need the thumb break because I ride motorcycles and if ever I go down I need my gun to stay with me. The manufacturer that I but from does not carry a thumb break for my model gun. I need to be assured that my firearm doesn't fall out of the holster. The fit and operation are fine, however I have several DeSantis holsters going back to the 80's and when compared, the old models were made with thicker and heavier leather.

Good quality that is expected from DeSantis Holsters. I bought this because it said it will fit the P365 with the Sig Sauer Romeo Zero - other holster makers will fit a P365 with a red dot but won't fit a Romeo Zero WITH the metal shroud in place. This one does, so it's a keeper for me. I needed a holster with retention that accomodates this particular red dot sight, and it does that.

Purchased for concealed carry of my Sig P365 and it works perfectly. In my case I didn't even need any type of a break in as the pistol fit in smoothly and I simply tightened the screw to adjust the retention that I needed.

Bought the DeSantis Thumb Break Mini Slide for my Sig P365 to use when riding my motorcycle or ATV off road. wanted something to secure the pistol from both bumps and vibration and a possible unintentional disembarkation. I found after wearing it a while so that it conforms to my body (This is heavy, well made leather) not only is it very protective and the thumb snap keeps it in place, but also very comfortable. I find I use it more than I ever thought I would. I have a couple of Bianchi belt holsters for other weapons but i prefer the design of the DeSantis as even though heavier and larger, it prints less under most clothing. I wear a stout belt and it fits great.

This fits a P365xl perfectly. A tad of the muzzle end extends from the holster but the front sight is well protected.
