RomweWomen's Self Tie Wist Short Sleeve Casual Chiffon Blouse Tops

This blouse is an absolute jewel. I am so thrilled with it. It fits pretty much exactly as I expected it to (for reference, I'm 5'5", 34DD, 26.5" waist, and typically a size 6/8, S/M in tops. I ordered the XL).It's also well constructed. Being someone who has sewn for 4 decades and used to have my own custom clothing business, I am a real stickler about clothing construction--even when the piece is cheap. This will do well when washed, won't shrink at all, and drapes BEAUTIFULLY.The fabric is also very silky, is a very soft white color (not garish white, but not ivory either), and the arms and neck openings are proportional to the rest of the sizing, and don't gape at all, unlike many cheap/inexpensive tops.I also like that you can wear the attached belt (it's attached at the side seams) tied first in the front or first in the back--so the length of where the tie ends fall can be longer or shorter (see pics).The only kind-of "issues" I have with this blouse is that:1) It IS more translucent than I expected. I knew I'd have to wear a camisole under it, but it shows more than I wanted (it's hard to capture that in pictures, although I messed with the contrast and gamma on the pics to try to capture it well).This doesn't mean it's SHEER, okay? It just means that, even if you wear a skin tone full-coverage smooth bra underneath it, people are going to see it, to some extent. (Some people are a fan of that look...I'm not one of them--especially on ME lol.) So...better to be forewarned.2) The pleating at the neckline makes this blouse accentuate your bustline. And, while that's probably great for any lady that either has small/medium "endowment" or just wants to really "stand out", if you'd rather a more demure approach and have a larger chest, you might find this to be slightly more form-fitting than you'd expected, as did I.If that's the case, the good news is, feel free to order 2 or 3 sizes up if you can (like I said, I'm normally a small/medium, 34DD, and I ordered an XL, so it might be harder to order 3 sizes up if you are more voluptuous than me). Sizing up that much probably won't make the blouse look ill-fitted, because of both the design and the fabric. It will drape beautifully even when that much bigger than your chest size.All in all, one of my fave Amazon clothing purchases. I've ordered a lot of products from ROMWE and I feel like it's always a crapshoot with them. Either the product is going to fit great and the quality seem nice, or it's going to be way off with the sizing or somehow defective. I have products from ROMWE ranging from small to large, so the best thing to do is read LOTS of reviews to get a sense of what size you'll need for each product. For this product, a lot of people were saying the size chart is actually correct, so I made my decision based on that and they fit great! I'm 5'3" 135 lbs 34C and curvy silhouette and I bought a small. I bought the black one first and loved it, so I ordered the hot pink and white ones as well. Surprisingly, all 3 fit the same and appear to be be of the same quality. They are thin/sheer and the white one is super sheer. I plan on wearing camis under all of them, honestly. The streamers are super long, so I found it the best/cutest when I wrapped it around the back first, then front, around the back again, and then tied a bow in the front. Definitely gives you that "snatched" waist silhouette while still being classy/feminine. I don't plan on running these through a washing machine. I will either use the Woolite at-home dry cleaning kit or steam them for a refresh. I do worry about how well they'll hold up after multiple wears/washes.

For reference: Height 5’2”, Bust 33” (28DD/30D), Waist 26.5”, Hips 36”, weight 110-113LB. Ordered the XS and it is a perfect fit.8/01The replacement shirt is in perfect condition. As another reviewer said the white one is very, very sheer; too sheer. It feels a bit thinner than the bright pink one, too. I’ll try the yellow/mustard one next.New review: 7/25I ordered the white one and it is defective. Very poor quality control which is a shame because the shirt, when not defective, is quite lovely. You can see in the photos the pleating is completely off center. To top it off there are marks on the shirt already so it looks like someone else had already received it and probably returned it for the same defect. I am going to give it another try and do an exchange and I hope the next one is not defective. Either way I’m not sure it could be redeemed back to a 5 star review, even 3 stars seems gracious seeing as the shirt was dirty on top of it all. Lastly, the white one seems to be very sheer even for a chiffon blouse.Original review 7/23:This chiffon blouse is such a beautiful little dressy summery number! It is a bit sheer as to be expected from chiffon. The wrap tie and butterfly sleeves completely make this shirt, obviously. I have no complaints about the fit or quality, but I do feel it’s just a bit expensive for the type(chiffon) of shirt it is. The color is bright and vibrant. I will definitely be ordering another one. You can easily dress it up for work or down a bit with jeans.I recommend air drying it. When received it is wrinkly - I tossed mine in the dryer on low heat for like 10 min and it came out completely dewrinkled and neat.

I love this top, it fits well. In case no reviews have mentioned, there's a small button at the back of the neck, and it's kinda finicky to get buttoned. I ordered the dark red (burgundy) one, and it's RED, like, lipstick red. I like the tie, and that is attached to the shirt, which means I won't lose it. I ordered a medium, as recommended my Amazon, and it fits great, I do have a bit of a mommy belly, and the fabric is slightly clingy, so you can kinda tell, if that would make you uncomfortable, size up, I don't think it would cause a fit issue as the sleeves are very fluttery, and the neck has that button.

I’m 5’2, 161 lbs, chest 40B and bought a XL in black. It is sheer but a black cami would work fine. The tie wraps around twice and ties nicely. The only issue and it’s a body issue not a shirt issue is that if you have a larger stomach when you sit down the tie slides down and you have to pull it back up.

I love this top. I have it in white and in black. Size up.

the detailed review that is among the top reviews really convinced me to buy this and she was spot on, ill be coming back to this in the future for sure. the light pink version is divineim about 130 lbs, 5'3 and i bought a large per her recommendation and im v happy with it, arrived much earlier than expected
