The Euhomy brand water cooler is a great product. The dispenser has 3 temperature settings with Cold water that needs no ice. It has room temperature water and the hot water is great for making tea, Coco and ramen noodles in seconds. It's a beautiful water cooler too. The black and stainless steel goes great with all my kitchen appliances. There customer service Euhomy is excellent. I reached out to them recently And a very kind and considerate representative named Taryn contacted Me on the same day I contacted them. There in the process Now to handle my situation and I truly appreciate there kindness and understanding to make sure my situation is properly handled. Was given as a gift. The recipient thinks it is wonderful. It was extremely hard to unpack. In fact the box was destroyed in the process. It has only been in operation for a few weeks but so far it's very quiet. There is a noise when it recycles but other than it is quiet. A lot quiter than the other one he had. The water tastes good. Extremely pleased with the product.

Shipped very well protected and arrived ahead of scheduled. So far working great, easy to use and set up! Glad I purchased it. UPDATE: 5/2022: Changing my review. Here I am 1 year and 4 months later and the motor that pumps the water up from the bottle to the reservoir just went dead for no reason. I see some reviews here questioned quality now I know why? Looked and worked well at the beginning but to have it go dead on such a critical part just over a year later is disturbing. I regret not having spent a little more $ and gotten a better quality item! UPDATE: 1/28/23 - I contacted the vendor shortly after I posted last update and they replied with various instructions to resolve the issue. To their credit they did respond, however I was on several business trips back to back and couldn’t attend to this for about 2 months. While on travel I did look up YouTube videos and while I could not find one that specifically addressed this model upon my return I attempted and successfully resolved the issue. My diagnosis: some sort of vapor lock, for lack of a better descriptive term. By removing some of the small hoses from the pump and intake hoses with a clean sterilized small brush I clean them out and the hose connections and carefully placed them back ensuring they were snug. When I plugged it back in it worked and has since to this date with no issues. (Side note: I still would like to learn how to replace the UV bulb which I’m sure won’t last forever.) But all is ok to date. Note: Best practice don’t let it run very long with an empty bottle, quickly unplug and change it out, I suspect the air it sucked in contributed to the problem. Overall changing my rating to 4, they were responsive I just didn’t check back here regularly but I feel we would have reached a similar conclusion and resolved it, but it would have taken a lot of back and forth.

I had an OLD cooler that started leaking. Checked online, read reviews and decided on this one. I love it! It has hot, room temp and ice water options. And the best part? You put the bottle in the bottom! No more lifting heavy bottles spilling water everywhere! I read some reviews that it's loud. I'm sorry, it's no louder than your fridge! It won't ruin your day or even a meal. You can definitely talk over it and it's not constant. If you're looking for a great water cooler, I would recommend this one!

Purchased on 8-1-2021. We received and set up on 8-29-2021. Worked great, cold was cold and hot was hot, quite unit. Warranty expired on or about 9-1-2022. On or about 11-1-2022 unit stopped working 2 months out of warranty. Emailed mfgr for assistance to see if there was anything I could do to see if I could get it working, Was advised only a specialist could possibly repair. Was not advised as to how to get a hold of a specialist. Factory advised they would give me a 15% discount on a new unit which I declined for obvious reasons. Waiting to hear back from mfgr. Bottom line, unit worked well when it worked. I expected more than a 14 month life.

I bought this unit Aug 13th... ot was easy to set up, but a few weeks ago the indicator lights started constantly blinking..which is not supposed to happen. I messaged customer service and Zeti was very responsive, they gave instructions on how to fix with clear directions sent.. we communicated for a week and they sent me a new unit which unfortunately it was damaged...I reached them again and they gave a solution..im just waiting on response as of today.. If anything this company has A1 customer service. I would buy from them again...

Updated review. This company customer service is amazing. They promptly emailed me and offered a refund. I’m really happy with them. I had one of these delivered and within a week it completely died. I got a hold of the vendor through Amazon and sent them a video and pictures of the unit. They promptly apologized and shipped me out another one. I was so happy with their customer service. Now it’s only been a few months and it completely died again. I am so disappointed. I absolutely loved this unit when it worked. It fit perfectly in the space that I needed. I loved all the hot and cold buttons and that it fed water from the bottom. But I have to give it only one star because this is the second one that is not working. I’m so sad
