Great backpack/tool bag for the price
I love this new rugged backpack. It seems durable and well-made. I have already loaded it up and used it in the field. Here are the pros and consPros:1. Lots of space for all your tools. I love to carry everything I need in one shot.2. Great features - I love the charging port with my (I supplied it) battery pack.3. The padded back and shoulder straps make it comfortable to carry the weight of the tools.4. The hard plastic bottom makes it great for the field. It keeps the backpack upright and is easy to clean off.Cons1. The computer pocket is a little too short. I have a macbook pro and it was just a little too tall to be able to close the Velcro pouch.2. The metal hook for the measuring tape doesn't seem super sturdy. It was quite weighed down with the one I put on it. I worry that it will be too much and eventually take a toll on the fabric where it connects. This is a great backpack. The cons are minor and the pros are great. This backpack makes me look like a professional when I walk in with everything I will need.

Great sturdy tool pack
Very Sturdy! I'm a Technician and I've had it about a year now and has held up great! No rips or tears, eventhough I pack about 30 lbs into it when fully loaded. I like that it's slim, not bulky at all, but has plenty room inside. I think its well worth the not-so-bad price!

Durable! Lots of storage! Not always the most practical - Gets the job done!
I want to give this tool pack the best and honest review that I can. I am a Mechatronics Engineer at a manufacturing plant. I work with Electrical and Mechanical systems on a daily basis. My loadout is a combination of all sorts of tools from hand tools, to electrical meters, and more.Pros:Very rugged, have yet to see any wear on the pack despite carrying 36 lb of weight in it! Also its comfy.Love the portable charging pack option. Very handy to charge a tablet/ ComputerHas the tape holder, and tape measure clip on the outside. Frequent items that are nice to get to.Tons of pockets! Was able to fit my entire screwdriver set, and then some. One pocket is waterproof, which is great for a small notebook or anything you want to keep dry.Laptop Pocket - Not many bags have this option! This was a what sold me on this.Cons:The description says it will fit a 15" laptop. However the flap will not fold over with the larger computer. I was able to fit my Dell Precision 4800 inside the sleeve, buts its a very tight fit. Would recommend this feature only if you have a smaller computer. The only real complaint, and thing you should watch for is how much weight you put in the main storage area. My bag after a week or two of use is now slanting backwards. It does not fall over, but it's a little annoying to be reaching into the bag for tools with it leaning over. Not a deal breaker! But I feel that for the price you would be better off buying a Klein Tool backpack. My recommendation to the manufacture is to maybe add some reinforcement to the area where it is folding in. I would gladly pay a greater price if that issue could be solved. Conclusion:If the bag is on sale, and you are not looking to put over 30 lbs of weight in it I would highly recommend it. Otherwise in the future I think I will be looking into the Klein tool bags as they seem to hold their shape a little better. But overall a very solid bag!

Great carrying capacity.
I had originally purchased a Bauer backpack from Harbor Freight and used it for 2 months. I'm a mobile RV technician and use a wide variety of tools working from underneath an RV to on top of the roof. It's nice to be able to have all the essential tools in 1 bag so I'm not going back and forth to my trailer. I started looking for another bag that had more pockets to separate my tools and make it easier to get them out. The Rugged backpack has more individual pockets and a wider/deeper base that gives me better access to my tools. This reduces my repair time and allows me to get more jobs done on a daily basis.

Great for the price.
So far so good, I do commercial HVAC and this is great for taking on rooftops. There are plenty of pockets and the plastic on the bottom is great for not allowing it to get soaked. In my opinion it's better built than the Klein that looks similar to it being that when you open up this one it stays put and upright, as for the klein, it just goes limp.Priced affordable and its durable. No complaints other than the straps could be beefed up a little maybe. But other than that this bag is solid.UpdateIts been holding up well, still trucking. However I wish the staps were more comfortable.

Seems good, and as advertised.
So far so good. I haven’t been able to actually use it yet, but it appears to be of good quality. The material is thick and not flimsy. It has ample storage space as advertised. The bottom has a rubberized type deal to allow it to stand on its own, which it does when loaded. It rides good on the shoulders, and feels comfortable. I do maintenance in elevated positions so this will come in handy while climbing ladders. Would buy again, would recommend to others.

Love it
Had this backpack a couple months now and it has definitely been well used and abused. I had 3 main criteria when purchasing and compared this brand to several others. My criteria were: laptop sleeve, hard base, durability. This was the cheaper option of several I looked at but has not disappointed. Zipper construction is top notch. The only downsides I see so far is the laptop sleeve Velcro looks likely to wear out within a years use - not a big deal to me, and the elastic straps that hold the front open when zippers are down seem flimsy compared to rest of product. Overall a top notch product and as long as it last me over a year I would buy another. The included usb connection for a battery pack is super.

Good quality bag
I bought this for my fiancé for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. It makes it so much easier for him to carry his tools around and being able to charge your phone as well. The only thing he doesn’t like about it is how he has to charge his phone he has to use his tool batteries to do it. But overall he has used it since December til now in may and it’s held up very well, and keeps all of his tools organized 🙂

Sleek and tough, holds all I need!
What a bag!! Incredible!Charges my phone, holds all my tools, holds books and a laptop, room for lunch in there, the hardshell bottom lets it stand and stay dry, on top of all that, it lets you keep your hands free while carrying your tools. Much easier to go up a ladder with this tool bag than a lot of other styles. The measuring tape clip worries me a bit so I use it to hold a light and since the bag can stand, it has become my portable light station. I think if you had a small and lightweight tape it would be alright. I wiah the side pocket was just a bit bigger to hold a propane tank a bit better but it does a fine job as it is. Weighs 35 lbs with all my equipment in it and I barely feel it compared to a doctor's bag type of tool bag that takes up one hand and imbalances you. Super padded everywhere too. I'm hoping no straps break because at the end of the connection they are just regular backpack straps, about an inch wide, stitched to fabric. The material is really nice and there is just enough orange for visibility but not so much that it's overwhelming. Handle at the top feels strong and is another easy way to carry the bag.

Had mine a year, still going strong
This is a quality bag! If you need a solid work bag but don’t want to pay hundreds for it, this is the one! I thought for the price after the first year I’d have issues with the straps or zip but no it’s still solid not showing any signs of wear. I carry between 10 to 20kg in the bag daily so yeah.. buy this bag, it’s good!

Perfect
Does exactly what it was designed for. Nice solid plastic bottom so when you put it down on wet floors the fabric doesn't get soiled. Just make sure to tuck in the straps. Good number and size of pockets for hand tools. Two years in now and still looks good. Only negative is you have to load it evenly as it doesn't stand super straight when opened. It tends to tip towards the opening.
