So typically I find self help books to be very dry, but this books sense of humor and realism made it hard to put down. One thing I particularly liked outside of the humor were the self reflection prompts following every chapter. It really helped me focus on which specific things are triggering my overthinking and where it stems from. Overall, great read and I highly recommend this book to anyone who is a mega overthinker like I am!
